Recent HMO's we have taken on

Brading Road Brighton

This Living room was just a bare canvas when we took it on, the walls were tired Magnolia, coving was covered in stains, small cracks and holes dotted about, this was our favorite room once the refurb was done, now a lovely bright sociable space. 

Kitchen

The kitchen needed a deep clean, a repaint, Silicone replacing, window fixing, looked great once finished, the tenants are very happy with this house.

Loft room

This room didn't require much work, not every room does, but we always look to add value to the landlord where we can. we added a feature wall giving the room a bit more of a homely feel.

Bedroom

This room was Shadowed by the shelving unit you see in this picture, it was very dark brown wood, its set into the wall, 3 coats of undercoat and satin and its created a very nice clean bright room, new curtains and a feature wall and its a very appealing room.

Bathroom

This bathroom was trapped in the 1950's, this room required the most work of all, pretty much everything needed attention, tiling, flooring, everything, even down to the silicone needing replacing, the Landlord was very impressed with our work.

​Bedroom

We need to get creative where we can, this room didn't have a door to the built in wardrobe, so we added a curtain pole and curtains, it added colour and brought warmth to the room.
